Digital Music Purchases

All digital music purchases (including downloads, albums, singles, and digital bundles) are non-refundable once your order has been processed.
This policy is in place because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

If you experience any issues with accessing or downloading your music, please contact us at support@hexualtensionmusic.website, and we’ll make sure you receive the correct files or resolve any technical problems.


Physical Products

Physical merchandise (such as CDs, vinyl records, apparel, or accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You include your proof of purchase or order number.
  • The item is not a final sale or custom-made product.

To initiate a return, please email returns@hexualtensionmusic.website with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@hexualtensionmusic.website with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
